Due to the nature of our products, any custom orders or Hair extensions sales are FINAL. Please double check your order before making a purchase.

 

Federal law states that you cannot return human hair products that have been used or altered in anyway. We stand by our return policy in regards to federal law, health regulations and hygiene concerns. If the item purchased is not in resalable condition, it cannot be returned or exchanged.  If you find your purchase unsatisfactory, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to satisfy the issue. Please keep hair intact and in original packaging without any alterations done to it (wetting, cutting, unraveling, etc.)

Why no returns or exchanges on custom Orders? Because you do not want to receive an item worn by someone else, even if it was just once.
