Cancellation Policy
Final confirmations are sent 24 hours via text and email. Please be advised that same day cancellations will result in a 50% charge of the service you booked for. If you wish to cancel your appointment please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours prior by rescheduling in the email or text confirmation that was sent to you. A$15 NONREFUNDABLE and NON-NEGOTIABLE fee is to be made at the time of booking to secure your appointment and will also be used towards your total payment. In the event you are unable to make your appointment time please contact us within a minimum of 24 hrs in advance so that your deposit can be used for your next service or refunded. This does not apply to same day cancelations. Rescheduling your appointment can only be done prior notice ONLY ONCE within a minimum of 24 hrs in advance.
